Parent Grade Level Representatives are a great resource for new and returning parents. Our representatives will put together Grade Level News about events and opportunies that are happening in the Summit Community. Please feel welcome to contact your grade level representative with any questions!

Parent Connections Meetings
Parent Connections Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of every month, from 8:00-9:00 AM, in the Summit Cafe. All parents are welcome to attend, we would love to hear your new ideas and suggestions for this school year!
Volunteer Sign Ups
Summit uses HelpAtSchool.org for all of our parent volunteer opportunities! Here you can sign-up, help organize, or donate for fun Summit events. There are a variety of different opportunities through out the year, so make sure to check back for updated volunteer jobs. Volunteers are an intergral part of our community, and we greatly appreciate the time and knowledge donated to our students.
Volunteer Application & Background Checks
Level 1: Volunteer will be able to supervise students as long as a teacher or staff member is present.
Requirements: The BVSD Annual Volunteer Application.
Level 2: Volunteer will be able to supervise students without a teacher or staff member present.
Requirements: The BVSD Annual Volunteer Application and a BVSD Background check or fingerprinting.
Level 3: Volunteer will be able to transport students in their personal vehicle.
Requirements: The BVSD Annual Volunteer Application, a BVSD Background check or fingerprinting, a copy of the Volunteer's valid drivers license, and a copy of the volunteers insurance coverage.
