ATHLETIC PRACTICE & MEET CANCELLATION PROTOCOL
Intramural Athletic practice will take place everyday after school until 4:30 PM. Students may be excused from practice by their parent or guardian. Interscholastic Athletic practice will take place everyday after school until 4:30 PM. Students may be excused from practice by their parent or guardian. However, please be aware that some interscholastic sports require practice attendance to compete. Coaches will be contacting teams with official practice dates and times.
For those sports that practice outdoors, we make every effort to cancel practice by lunch when we are anticipating bad weather or field conditions. This will enable students to call home. We will also post any cancellation to our website. If not canceled by noon, our plan is to run practice either inside or out until the scheduled pick up time of 4:30.
